Imedge treats your personal information when you order from us with the highest discretion and only use it for our online ordering system.
Why we need your personal information:
Imedge provides customers with an online service, to purchase jerseys and/or sports uniforms for personal use only. We need to identify you as a unique customer and make sure that you get the service you have the right to expect, and we require, at a minimum, a first name, last name, phone number, and valid e-mail address.

The customers that use our service to order online will have their privacy protected. Imedge will not share, show, print, distribute, or in any other way reveal your information to others except as outlined in this Privacy Policy or the Service Agreement or as may be required by law.

No third parties will have access to your personal information except as outlined in this privacy policy or the Service Agreement. The same applies for customer e-mail list or other user profile information.

Service Providers:
When you order online for one of our products with Imedge, we will pass relevant information to a third party credit card processing company. These companies do not keep store, share or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.
Special Conditions:
Imedge will disclose account information in case we have indications that disclosing this information is necessary to contact, identify or bring legal action against a person, company or organization who may be violating Imedge's Service Agreement or may be causing injury to or interference with Imedge's rights or property (intentionally or unintentionally), other Imedge users, or anyone else that could be the target or harmed by such activities. As a user you authorize Imedge to disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as Imedge, in its sole discretion, believes necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, or other activity that is illegal or may expose Imedge to legal liability. Imedge may disclose or access account information when Imedge in good faith believes that it is required by law.
Notification of Changes:
Should Imedge decide to change this privacy policy, all users will be notified through mail. Users do not have the choice of choosing to not have information about changes in the privacy policy sent to them. If Imedge at any point decides to use personally identifiable information in a way that differs from that stated at the time it was gathered, Imedge will notify the user through e-mail. The user will be able to choose whether Imedge may use the information in this changed way. Otherwise, Imedge will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was gathered.
Our Website Pricing:
All prices quoted are in US dollars and do not include any applicable fees, charges or taxes; including but not limited to delivery charges. Shipping charges may also apply to certain Imedge Products. Other charges may apply. You will be advised of all applicable charges before we ship your order.
Note:
Website offers, prices and merchandise availability are subject to change without notice. However, it is possible that some items, sizes and/or colors will be out of stock at the time you order. When your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation verifying receipt of your order and confirming the availability and selling prices of all items in your order.
Return Handling Guidelines:
1. Return items in unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories
2. Returns will be credited back to the original tender type
3. A manufacturing defect, will be exchanged for the identical item except on personalized items
4. Only Imedge made Merchandise will be accepted
